I'm outraged, about this homeless man being struck by someone who had no business being there, knocked him out and gloated about it, and is not facing criminal prosecution. Now if we tried it around, the homeless man struck the cop's son, the headlines would have been all bad. They police chief would have gone on record, saying this was despicable, the homeless man would already have been in jail, probably beat up by the cops holding him. He would have gotten 10 - 15 years in prison, and this cops kid is kicking it out here with you you & me. This guy is sick, there are no excuses under the law. You commit an assault and battery on someone you go to jail. Hell this was assault and battery with the intent of great bodily harm, he.could have killed this guy. I hope there is more support out there, this guy has to be held accountable just as you and I. Otherwise the system we believe is wrong.
