Liz Cheney is no more or less qualified than thousands of other private citizens to weigh in on current events. However, her transparent rescue-her-father's-reputation agenda has no place in an intellectual, presumably fact-based discussion of important matters. Her refusal to answer simple and direct questions -- to say nothing of George's refusal to properly challenge the truthfulness of her absurdly predictable talking points -- has downgraded what it otherwise a fine program. If it's a ratings grab by ABC, so be it. Does ABC no longer care about quality in any way?
