As someone who has watched This Week with George Stephanopolis almost from its inception, I've been horrified to see Liz Cheney on the panel recently.  Her performance this past Sunday was not only dishonest and extremely rude, but nearly verbatim a repeat of her father's comments on Fox News Sunday.  She is not a journalist: she is an obvious mouthpiece for her father.  I have no idea what possessed the producers of This Week to add her to the panel.  But I can assure you that if she appears again I will switch to another channel.  You may be willing to put up with her, but I'm not.  Count me as Another Former Viewer.

Please keep Liz Chaney on the panel.  She and George Will offer a "fair and balanced" offset to the more liberal views of the panel.  ABC has undoubtedly noticed that FOX news is clobbering everyone because of their ability to show dissenting opinions.  Hopefully you will too. 

 

That is why I watch "This Week".  In fact I met George at the Ballys here in Bloomington during the Republican National Convention.  He is a good guy.

 

Responsible journalism should show both sides of an issue.  If a viewer is that myopic then let them go bury their had in the sand.
