Since there isn't a draft why did this person enlist in the first place ? Cowards are a dime a dozen, if they knew how they felt about this at the beginning then they should of avoided an duty what-so-ever.

Hopefully they won't get a long prison term. I never believe someone should when no real crime is committed. I just feel they could of avoided this whole mess by never joining in the first place. Live and learn I guess....
