Did the Lt. refuse an order? Yes. Did he refuse a lawful order? NO. The legality of this war is the question. The oath I repeatedly took says that I MUST obey and defend the Constitution against all enemies, even the domestic ones. The Constitution is the supreme law. It overrides the orders brought about by those who would subvert the Constitution.
