This issue "Global Warming" Is Political and the few things that make a perfect Political issue are contained in it.The earth has been warming from the last ice age which ended in the 16th century, if you are unaware of the receding ice from then until today and many other weather issues consistent with earth warming from then until now stop and go do research.
Perfect Political Folly that distracts voters.
1) Find something that can interest common people in both parties.
2)Make sure the issue is grand in scope and magnitude
3) Make sure the issue can be dealt with by common people with almost zero investment,, Like turning down a thermostat or buy a more fuel efficient car which actually means you get a personal benefit when you help, how amazing and grand that is you got a new car , you car loving American !~!~!~!
What a tragedy social security , health care , inept law suits , and many other social issues such as education require each of us make a real sacrifice and have to think for our selves and read into to make a decision are not as widely supported and acted upon.
So go ahead save the planet , but remember you may be saving it for a species other then man kind in the long run.
