I am frustrated as I write, it seems that the world of technology and credit card theft has turned every citizen into a victim with no way out. Calls and letters, harrasments do not seem to work unless you hire a professional lawyer. My identity has been stolen and posted on the world wide web by an uncrupolous man who was hired to design my business website more than a year ago. He subconctracted our job to an indian company overseas, and apparently the company closed as was sold. The site was never finished because of language barriers with the indian company. I was not happy with the lead time and turn of events. I called America Express to get my refund and they did, while they investigated the problem. Three months later, this ROb RUsso owner of qedmediagroup.com blasted all over the interned slanderous things about me and my company. He has been warned to remove it but he pleas that was not responsible for that negative slander blog. This individual takes money for services not rendered and abuses of technology by blogging on his own web sites and locking them. How can the government not protect individuals like myself?
