People should stop using religion as an excuse to do evil or as a crutch in their lives. Religion should be between you and your god, and one should never judge others regardless of their religious preferences. Unfortunately, judging/condemning is the norm in todays world. Thus utilizing one's common sense instead of relying on words written by stone age mena to control men (and mostly women) should be a goal for all of us.

Unfortuneately common sense is not so common anymore. Since most people now are told what to do, what to think, what to believe.... Common sense has gotten lost somehow because people don't even know that they need it anymore.

Like the moniker. Laziness and AADD cover the terms you are looking for. People want to be told because the cannot stand to research. The quick way out is the best. Someone telling them what to do is the easiest. I get a kick out of what people do just because it sounds good. Would you wipe your (insert word) with sandpaper because someone told you it was a good alternative. Would you poke your eye out because someone told you it would feel good. You may if you were five and looking for a friend. Think of the mentality of the people you are talking about.

Ehh....too much truth and reality in your words. The religiously inffected will never go for it.
