Why change? You are gonna die no matter what you do. You can eat perfectly, exercise and do all that other mumbo gumbo and you are still gonna die. Eat, drink and be merry. Enjoy life while you are still above ground, cause when you are below ground something else will be enjoying you...lol

It seems in my 53-years that some poeople just live longer.. I have seen elderly people that seem to have a lingering illness-yet-I've been looking at them for some 10-years.. ..they just seem to be that way.. I have seen youth snatched from people/they died way too young.. I've seen two people that live together-yet-one passes and the other lives on in good health.. .. Diet..or food intake seems very apt to kill your "senses"..First/later the Acorn falls near the tree..we can be accepting of such easy realities.. .. I have actually increased my food intake..and become more active in the process..my sleep is perfect..and I use that to feel my way along.. .. The rest is taken care of by Hygiene.
