There is much resistance to change. Much of this is due too, the resistance to the change of life style, Fear that a failure may not produce the desired effect, and the opinions and beliefs that change is not possible. There is one way to change this. There are many people like minded as myself. I desire change. However, we cannot force change on others. We can however, create a change for ourselves and our children. There is easily, a great amount of people, around the world that would invite change, but, there has never been a time, until now, that I offer a well thought out plan to initiate a change. This is no joke, this is Leadership. I am sure, there are many individuals, rich and poor, common and famous ready for a societal change. There are many intelligent individuals that are like minded that can help organize this change. I am asking for your hands. I am not creating an organization of individuals that are selfishly driven. I am looking for people with hope and compassion. This hope may not be for us, but our children. With our compassion we can make a better future. The future economic social society is called, Dynamism. It is an ecomomic system driven by efficiency and productiveness. Supply and Demand economics has limitations. When the market is over-supplied by products or service, it devalues the worth of the products or service. Money also has it's limits. We cannot achieve the goals of space exploration, the elimination of disease, and the advancements of efficient sources of energy, to name a few, because the lack of supply of money through investment. Even when we do, it's never enough. The model of society should be one that benefits all of its members. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. Some people are born with mental prowess, where others of misfortune, gruelingly work labor intensive and repetitive jobs with no award or benefit. This is where inequality begins. "The Needs" of Society should be provided for all. 1. Food, shelter, clothing. 2. Education, work ethics 3. Recognition, value and worth 4. Activities, Places to go, sights to see, things to do. enjoyment. fitness. 1. Food, shelter, clothing. It should be understood that moderation is the most efficient means of using resources. 2. Education, work Ethics Children should be taught, not behind desks, but in Work Rooms and Work Places. Work Rooms, such as shops and ---continued---

Children should be taught, not behind desks, but in Work Rooms and Work Places. Work Rooms, such as shops and labs would allow children to work with their hands, instead of simply telling them information that does not develop insight. There are children, that have latent abilities that could be developed, at a very early age. They could become mechanical geniuses. Work places would teach children the value of work. Work Ethics would be instilled at a very young age. This is not our Future, it is Their Future. Children could be taught how to build and repair so they are not limited as office workers. This would create a diversified learning skill, one that could be applied when needed. Children should be taught arts. A skilled surgeon is one that has a steady hand. The skill of art also develops concentration, successful artists develop an acute mental image, where they can see the image of the picture in their mind. This is important for brain development. The playing of instruments also develops concentration and it gives people a tool to be creative with music. 3. Recognition. Children deserve recognition for being a functional member of society, whether it's mental or physical work or being their best. Children need to feel valued and need worth, where we value them. 4. Children should have activities to do, activities is for the enjoyment of life, and it insures their health by keeping them active. Camping, Hiking, Fishing, Horseback riding, bike riding are among the many enjoyments of life. This should not just be an opportunity for those that can afford it. These are the awards of life and there is no value you can place on them. This should be what we live for, that we can share experiences together while we can afford to be young. It's not the big homes, or fancy cars, it's life and being a participant to the adventure. People are neglecting their children, many that are well off, so that they can acquire "what?" Stuff.. Thats not a life and that's not a life to have when I see others suffer. This may be my only life, and as far as I can know, it is. I don't intend on leaving it without trying to help, and I will use my last dying breath to think on how to help others. I will continue when I have time. If you care to read later, I thank you. I have kids and its their time now.
