The oil prices are impractical for families to afford and PLEASE let us not forget about our senior citizens, they are barely making payments living on a fix income.   Times are hard for everyone, can we get an alternative fuel, is there someone out there in Philadelphia who is selling BIOFUEL that is affordable?
