I recently received an e-mail that said Mars was approaching Earth beginning in August and will be seen as big as the moon around August 27.  It also said that this won't happen for another 287 years. Is there any truth to this at all???  Please send message back.  I will also forward the e-mail to abc.go.com. thanks for any help...

wow! As big as the moon. Gee, can you imagine how close that would make Mars. COuld you imagine what that would do to the solar system.
