Tonight's show showing what would happen if you came upon two people arguing/fighting in the park. You didn't take the experiment the next step. Sure you showed a Caucasion man fighting with an African-American woman, an African-American man fighting with a Caucasion woman, but you didn't an African-American man fighting with an African-American woman.

Why didn't you show that?  Could the reason be that in reality that most people especially Caucasions would have just walked by with out doing a thing.  Had you shown that situation, It would have showed that race does matter.   But it's the truth.  I've seen it many times in public. Racism is still a sad truth.

You are absolutely right when you say that "race does matter". I also believe that if  social experiments are racist to begin with then you will not truly get usable reactions!!!  I don't know if it was just me that caught on to this experiment but it seemed to me that the African American man was ABSOLUTELY more violent than the Caucasian man. The Caucasian man stood over the woman, pointed in her face, grabbed her shoulders and arms, etc... HOWEVER, the African American man was tossing the woman around much often and  went so far as to even KICK the woman. I don't know about anyone else but I am totally offended by this experiment. If ABC is trying to hold a mirror to the world's face then ABC should take a look in their own mirror first. Shame on you ABC. :(

Unfortunately, many people do still discriminate based on their fears and prejudices.  Speaking from personal experience, I can honestly say I have rarely seen anyone come to someone's rescue during a conflict no matter what their race.  If citizens are "afraid" or "indifferent" because someone is of another race, they can, at the very least, call the police without jeopardizing their own safety.
