I wish something could be done to stop the abuse of the millions of handicap plates & placards, that people are using without real reasons, like I always come across young girls in chearleader outfits, pull into a handicap spot, put up on the mirror a placard, and when I ask, they cheerfully say " its my grandpa's, but he died, so I use it". The one I hate the most is people who park in the striped lines between the handicap spots, making it impossible for me to get my wheelchair out my side door of my van !!!!!
