Its is a law passes by voters in Oregon , Anyone found guilty of anyone of any one of  21 crimes should do full time  in prison no time off for good behavior which I agree with But the law doesn't allow for first offenders, kids as young as 15 years old are put into prison with criminals , What is going to happen to these kids after  they get out of prison. Four young girls committed suicide.. One lady's son got 7 years for lending a friend his car, these are good kids who never got into trouble yet  they are in prison . I say first time offenders must be looked at differently Let the crime fit the punishment
