Ok, our community is getting very dirty by the people who #### on our neigborhood. It used to be men dress up like women doing the #### and now there are women doing it too. I dont know why they are doing it on the street? This is very bad influence of the children and the community and this is totaly disgusting. I have called 311 and reported this but officer said that we have to catch them on the action otherwise they cant do anything. I meant dont you think it will be too late for calling 911? All I want and wishing that they can send some patrols on night aound this area. Normally we dont even see even one patrol aound here at night.

There are condoms all over the neighbor's private properties. They mustly doing it around 1:00-4:00am and we are trying to see if other ways would help to stop this uncivilized situation.
