...that's right, Joe Biden charged the Secret Service $21K to rent a cottage on his property so they could protect him.

This urban legend has been attached to seeral politicians.  It is hooey no matter about whom it is alleged.  The wording barely changes, except for the name of who it is trying to smear

And he only donated 1.6%, or $5,540, of his income to charity.
