I am sure ... since Obama is rich (over $250,000) that he doesn't take advantage of any of the many legal deduction allowed to him through our simple tax code. Since he's come out against the rich taking their legal deductions ... if he took them that would make him a hyp....  wouldn't it.

I get did my taxes ... I don't believe the form forced me to use any of the deductions. All of them I used was by my choice. Do you think Obama was being forced by his tax forms?

My CPA , a female around 65 years old , roughs me up when I get my taxes . No doubt Obama didn't have a choice .

I agree that he should be able to take deductions . But he said he doesnt need them . He also said " folks like him want to pay more in taxes" . If that were the case, then why didn't he? He had the option to .

If he doesn’t take advantage of any of the legal loop holes that the evil rich uses then his taxes would be very simple … Take the 1040 form fill it out without any deduction and put $0 on all the schedule  lines A, although he may have other forms to fill out depending on where all his income is coming from. But once all his income is accounted for, then just do the calculations for the amount of taxes and send in his check.
