Dictators don't need insurance.  They can force doctors to treat them, and all their subjects to have insurance, whether they want it or not.  Kinda like PPACA, except there was a sham "vote" to bring that in.

Let's hope the people in Venzuela will be able to take back their country and restore their once productive economy, once their socialist dictator has departed from this world!

How much better than that if every man, woman, and child in America, regardless of insurance and/or ability to pay could rest assured that cancer care equal to 85% of Sloan Kettering was available to them at the drop of a hat and without the spectre of emptying their already meager bank account...

If the status quo insofar as health care is unraveling, so be it. It has been such a bastion of cruel elitism in the past 35 to 40 years that even mere palliative measures have been begrudged the less fortunate with no less than a snarl and a demand that their cabinets be emptied of the last crumb in payment for such. It deserves to be leveled even lower than the foundation and rebuilt upon a completely different blueprint. The doctors that are "getting out of the business" due to lower profit margins pf the "Honda Accord this year instead of an Infiniti" variety?.......Don't let the door hit them in the backside on the way out.

That kind of crap isn't going to last in a society which purports to own some small vestige of civility. It isn't going to last in any case.
