Oath of office
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the
office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my
ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United
States.
Making threats to the Supreme court sure doesn't follow that Oath now does it? I guess the key words are "best of my ability" - maybe someday we can quantify that a bet better.
I thought Obama was a constitutional scholar....
