This story is basically a city looking to the future of equal rights, then, a 'pastor' comes along during election time, words the vote to think people are voting for it, then it gets recalled. Now, the mayor and others put it back and the 'pastor' is trying to take it down again.
However, it's not just the LGBT community that lost their health benefits. Foster children, retires of law enforcement and firemen. A lot of people.
Is this fair for the 'pastor' to get involved with the city like that? Whatever happened to the separation of church and state?
Sorry for it being a little sloppy, my thoughts are trying to work themselves out.
