I happen to see your clip on obesuty and just loved how your interviewee asserts things are oversimplified when it comes to food. Possibly but let us not forget maven, it is very unlikley people's metabolic genetics have changed in just the last 2 decades! These people are just not up to industrialized standards frankly: http://www.all4webs.com/5/4/palexa39757/

Now back to the issue it is very unlikely the gene poll has changed in such a short period of times and neither do I belive this is evolution occuring that we now seem to be malsuited to the foods we eat. But what has occured is that the foods and habits have changed much faster than any evolutionary adaptation can account for. In other words this epidemic is not based on the complexites of human metabolism which is relatively constant overt the period in question but rather a change in diet and habits.

The FDA is opening a pandsoras box of clownish medicine if they cahnge the standards for this procedure. I predict they will have to change back to the more rigorous criteria after a period of this.
