Here's my take on the Satan Thing. First he is a tool of YHWH. This is found in the fact that in Job's story Satan can not do anything that YHWH does not gives him permission to do. Also you must understand that this was persipitated by Job in his fear that; at the very least his children had done things that God would not approve. At this point there is no actual "law" if we assume this is before Moses. But Job's fear is what started that whole senario, just like our fear is what makes natural law come against us rather than work for us.
If we look at Moses we find that YHWH hardens Pharoah's heart. Now today most christians would say, if it happen now, that Pharoah was possessed of the devil. But we can see after the fact that YHWH was behind Pharoah's evil that made him refuse to let the people go.
Next let's look at this statement:
Isa 45:6-7
6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.
7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

It was YHWH that took the life of Yeshuah, not Ceaser. His heart was crushed from within. As well as it was YHWH that gave Yeshuah life. Not man, not from the seed of Man.
It is also stated that Yeshuah is the "right hand of the father" This is the creative hand. In most cultures the right hand is the hand of/for giving. The left had is for discipline and correction. Yeshuah and Satan are two hands of the same entity. They each have their purposes. We activate which one of these hands is used by our actions... whether we choose law or dissobedience.
As to the scientific ramification of this; this is natural law. Our universe works according to set laws. If we breach those laws they will ultimately become a big problem for us if we continue to. If we choose to walk according to them, then we will reap the benifit of their nature. This is rocket science, but for the masses!
Lastly... you must realize that Satan was first Lucifer. A light bearer. This Light bearer was the instrument YHWH used to direct his energies. If you look in the book of Ezekiel, chapter 28 it tells us that Lucifer had harmonic and rythmic capabilities. The capabilities were played like instruments and YHWH's will and force directed the notes and rythms being played. We find this in Quantum Physics. all is different version of sound. Sound is a form of information: This type of information is like "water". It is a form energy pulsating through water... and we hear it. This is what is meant by "and then God said "Let there be Light". That word or phrase or sound that was generated by the will of YHWH on the basic elements of the universe resulted in "Yeshuah"... the word of YHWH. Lucifer's original job was to shape and mold according to Yah's will. After Creation was finished his job is now to correct that which goes against nature. The way this is done is by, when we go against nature our rebellious nature is reflected back to us. This reflection is like a brick wall and the more we walk contrary to law the harder that brick will hits us back. At the hand of God. His left hand... to correct or to punish. Which one depends on your state of mind, but it's the same left hand, just as if you do according to God's law, then the right hand will lift you up. And that is also according to your state of mind.
