Hello i just saw your show and your interview the British AIG employee. Im sure he works hard and has employees under him and they have bills to pay also. But bonus no way. I have worked for the same company for 17 years. I have not had a raise in 2 years and bonus yeah right. I cant even get the promotion i derserve because they are afaird they have to pay me more money. So i stiill do the same job as i would if i was promoted and get nothing in returned. i still have bills to and food to buy on a salary from 2 years  try living on what i make and try to get by  They need to rethink Bonus plan
