I If the interest rate on all credit cards was lowered all Americans would have more money to pay or buy other things. Everything I have heard or read about the new stimulus package has cost billions. No where has it done anything to benefit the average American. I have written a letter to President Bush and faxed it to the White House. I mailed 2 letters to President Elect Obama last week.

The banks have controlled our life with credit cards for the past 35 years. It has gotten worse in the past few months.I actually have one card that has announced it is going up to 33%. This reminds me of loan sharks. This is actually legal for the banks. North Carolina got rid of all the places to cash checks against next payday. But banks can charge us high interest. Every American will see more money out of every paycheck and still get the credit cards paid off.

The banks got a bailout in the tune of $700 Billion from the government. Lowering interest on credit would bailout all Americans to the tune of $0 from the government.  It may take money from the bonuses given to bank officials. The stimulus checks from last spring only lasted a week for most this would last for ever.

COME ON PEOPLE GET BUSY AND MAKE THIS THOUGHT BECOME A REALITY. TALKS ARE TAKING PLACE EVERYDAY. WE NEED TO BE HEARD. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THIS. HELP!
