This is a shame that in this year of 2009 we strongest superpower police force in the world can can not stop those scam artist and others who choose to use the electronic informational highway to rip people off around the world. It is time to form an international informational highway law enforcement task force. This team of special agents only purpose would be to go after all and anyone who uses the internet around the globe as a means to con people, violate the laws that govern the country in which it happened and to excite terror that may cause havoc to a country. Every country around this globe would need to signed off on this which would allow an authorized agent to access that country with-out permission in order to complete their task. It is time to stop the constant rip off's and using the Internet to pass on information related to destruction of others or property. Using such a team would be a way to clean up the electronic informational highway with out having government controlling or tampering with your rights. Time to clean up all the garbage on the electronic informational highway so real and serious information can be researched, and real letters can be trusted.
