Like Puerrto Rico, Guam, etc., the country formerly known as Iraq will become another US Territory.  Should the US make Iraq a state - no. 51??

Why not then we can offer them subprime mortgages. The poor will feel some hope and then we pull the rug right from under them crushing the last of thier spirits. Inflation will take care of the rest . We wont need troops if we break their spirits. And thier pocket books
