How many people make up "Most"?
If you take the 1,000+ people polled that
a) are generally over 50 years old and grew up trusting the MSM,
b) reason they are used is because polling groups are able to ask them
     questions because these people
     1) Still answer their land line phones.
     2)  Generally don't have call screening hence they answer the phone.
So those un-representative people make up the polls!
They still believe the evening news and NYT are objective news sources.
The majority of people ONCE they have more facts about Iraq facts like:
1) US troop deaths increase when according to Harvard studies that:
the biased MSM has used to encourage the thug/barbarians to commit further killings of US troops and Iraq civilians and when the question is asked:
"Are insurgents in Iraq emboldened by voices in the news media expressing dissent or calling for
troop withdrawals from Iraq?

[Statements like these that encourage the thug/barbarians to kill more people...
-- like Ted Turner (Founder of CNN news) did the other day "freedom fighters"
And these comments made by our lawmakers!!!
-- Senate Majority Leader!!- Harry Reid(D) "War is lost",
"Our troops killed innocent civilians in cold blood,” said U.S. Rep. John Murtha(D) of Pennsylvania.
-- Senator Kerry (D) when he accused American soldiers of
"going into the homes of Iraqis in the dead of night, terrorizing kids and children.

The short answer:is yes, according to Radha Iyengar, a Robert Wood Johnson Scholar in health policy research at Harvard and Jonathan Monten of the Belfer Center at the university's Kennedy School of Government.

STUDY ABSTRACT
Using data on attacks and variation in access to international news across Iraqi provinces,  we identify an “emboldenment” effect by comparing the rate of insurgent attacks in areas with higher and lower access to information about U.S news after public statements critical of the war. We find in periods after a spike in war-critical statements, insurgent attacks increases by 5-10 percent. The results suggest that insurgent groups respond rationally to expected probability of US withdrawal.

So if those few people that are polled understood that the sources for their information have been
presenting biased news AND that the thug/barbarians are encouraged by the statements made by the
disgusting politically driven drivel put out by politicians,
AND they also use sources like the following:
http://www.brookings.edu/saban/iraq-index.aspx IRAQ INDEX Tracking Reconstruction and Security
in Post-Saddam Iraq updated 2 times a week you as they will understand the tremendous positive
activities going on in Iraq and not the few, the exception the blown out of proportion activites that
the MSM, the politically driven, the thug/barbarian lovers have presented.
History will show that the MSM/Democrats helped kill US troops by encouraging the thug/barbarians with
statements like the above.

Don't be a part of that terrible disgusting promulgation of disinformation.
The US is a good country.  It is the best opportunity for anyone who has the ability to learn and
determine for themselves without depending on politicians like the above who have killed US troops just
for political advantage!  Disgusting!!!
