"Why are people complaining about what is happening in Iraq?"
What is happening is mostly good. The only complaints are those people that are happy to
see the following:
1) US troops die
2) Iraqis die
3) more bombings, mortaring, and barbaric acts.
4) More MSM biased reporting that provides the thug/barbarians to do more.
Fortunately for the rest of us who are happy not to see the deaths, the bombings life is
going on in Iraq. Again, most of the detractors hate Bush/the US and the good aspects of life.
These thug/barbarian lovers do not recognize the following facts about Iraqi life:
1) Iraqi security force under Saddam: May03 a total of only 7,000
b) Apr08 police: 213,902; Army: 202,577 ; Border patrol: 28,023 total: 444,502
c) May08 216,331 220,353 28,978 465,662
NOTE Again from less then 7,000 to 465,662 and this is considered not good by the thug/barbarian lovers!
2) Gross domestic product:
Under Saddam per capita GDP $518 BUT in 2006- $1,687 : 2007- $1,789 : 2008 - $1,923
But again those thug/barbarians are complaining about this success! almost 400% growth! HOW????
3) Inflation Under Saddam 36% In 2007 5% SUCCESS?
4) Trained judges (you ask why is this a measure of success?
Well how can civilized people live their lives if there is no adjudication?
Under Saddam in May03 -0 ZERO
As of Mar08 1,200 judges ... this is success!
5) Telephones again why is this so important? If there were not these
numbers that would be a disaster. BUT due to the successes here are
Under Saddam only 833,000 subscribers
Today 9,830,000 over 1,000% growth and that's not success?
(6) media outlets represent capital investment -- for a "chaotic state" who spends money for presses, transmitters???
Commercial TV stations Commercial radio stations Independent newspapers
Under Saddam: 0 0 0
Mar06: TV 54 Radio 114 print 268
Please tell me why there are businesses that have invested hard money inF
these stations/printing facilities if there was not a market? They doing it out of good feeling?
Finally, you really don't understand how much the mainstream media has prolonged this
thuggery/barbarism. Harvard studies have shown these thug/barbarians (duh!!) find
Statements like these that encourage the thug/barbarians to kill more people...
-- like Ted Turner (Founder of CNN news) did the other day "freedom fighters"
And these comments made by our lawmakers!!!
-- Senate Majority Leader!!- Harry Reid(D) "War is lost",
"Our troops killed innocent civilians in cold blood,” said U.S. Rep. John Murtha(D) of Pennsylvania.
-- Senator Kerry (D) when he accused American soldiers of
"going into the homes of Iraqis in the dead of night, terrorizing kids and children.”
The MSM hates American values, hates Bush and have put that hatred above the lives of people.
So many times these MSM know that by repeating those rare situations, i.e. the bombings, etc.
(remember.. this is not a hourly, daily situation...) but the infrequent attacks.
The MSM does this because they knew from advertising experiences, brand awareness is made
by repeating your claims and with these 60s' liberal editors/producers their hatred of Bush and
the US is best fueled by the continual repeating of very rare situations.
And then they broadcast POLLING data regarding Iraq/Bush etc.
Ever figured out how these polls are done? They are not calling unbiased people!
I've checked several pollsters results and for the most part, more Democrats and Independents are
polled and less GOP. So as a result these polls are skewed, the general public is told by the
MSM "this is what the public thinks" and it has become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
So you as many have been totally prepped for your perceptions by this MSM bias.
FACTS show this to be the case.
