I say we find the funds to reopen the barracks of Port Townsend Washington near the ocean waters and turn it into a hospital VA for war veterans and rehabilitian. It's a crying sin that all those empty buildings are left to rot when we could reconstruct and renovate them for a VA to protect our wounded soldiers.
