I had a rather disapponting  experience with a long term disability claim. It took me almost 2 years to get my first disability check from a well known insurance company out of Connecticut . About another 1 1/2 years to get what was my last check! My disability will not allow me to work. Diagnosed with a weak heart and now have a pacemaker and defribulater. My doctor would not release me to work ,he did not want to be liable for any heart malfunctions. Social Security`s doctor stated it was not safe for me to drive 20 minutes to work let alone work a job! The insurance companies doctor stated it did not matter if I was employable! The insurance company felt I was physically capable to
work!  On the GMA website I saw a story about a man who was insured with the same insurance company as me! His
story in short was he was permently disabled. This man had a broken neck and was seen by a insurance investigator
EATING A TACO CHIP!  Because of  eating a TACO CHIP this mans benefits were STOPPED!  WHY is that this is allowed to happen? Decisions made by these insurance companies effect peoples lives!!  If this happened to me and the other man; HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE WERE CHEATED??????     MAD MONTY
