When your immune system is functioning well you don't catch colds. Unless you constantly have colds and flu your immune system is functioning well at least some of the time. So any wellness strategy needs to consider immune function, what lowers immunity and what boosts immunity.

Getting stressed lowers immune function. Work or relationship stress lowers immunity. Physical exhaustion and extreme cold lowers immunity. Grief lowers immunity. A negative outlook on life lowers immunity. Poor nutrition lowers immunity. These are all things to avoid where possible.

Balancing your life so that work doesn't demand too much from you is important. Either change your work or the way it makes you feel. Work on making your relationships positive. If this can't be done avoid negative relationships as much as possible. Who needs this kind of stress?

Eat well, get quality nourishment that heals your body rather than the fast food kind that stresses your body even further. Boost your immunity with natural supplements. Take your pick. There are medical mushrooms, colostrum and two of my personal favourites - Kaloba and Del-Immune. Viruses don't respond at all to antibiotics and even bacteria are developing resistance. It's up to you to be pro-active and keep your immunity levels high so that you don't get sick.

Hope that helps.

Best wishes

Bruce
