My mom has lived with pain for 2 years now. We have taken her to every specialist and have had every test imaginable done on her. Every test has come back negative for anything. The doctors can not figure out what is wrong. They now say it is a nerve sending the wrong message to the brain. The nerve is telling the brain that there is pain and there really is not. My mom is in Pain 24/7 and has taken a lot of different kinds of pain pills and nothing seems to help relieve the pain. Mosts days she is bent over in pain and crying. She now is on a pain patch 75mg of Fentanyl and Darvocet. My sister and I do not know what else to do. We feel horrible because we are unable to help her or do anything to relieve the pain. Any suggestions and any help would be appreciated.
