I'm a 29 yr old female. I was a very active fit person until a couple years ago. My concern is I have had these pains in my chest since I was in my early 20s  that make it painful to breathe and is sometimes accompanied by pain in my arms. Also, I get numbness and a tingling feeling in my fingertips and the back of my head ( and I can hear blood rushing) . I get blurred vision, dizzines and sometimes I lose balance.  I eat fairly healthy but I also eat ALOT of junk and fatty foods.

There's history of diabetes, hearrt disease, high blood pressure and high cholesterol in my family with both parents so I am getting worried. I once had such bad chest pain that I went to my DR and he told me I probably pulled a muscle and I was too young. I don't tend to go to DRs often nor to worry about my health but lately I feel like I "pull a muscle" more often than I think I should. I should tell you that I;ve had anemia issues since having my 1st baby in 1997. also, both my children are 32 week preemies.

Also, I sometimes get this scary intense feeling of weakness and shakiness almost to the point of collapsing and I have to eat something "sugary" to make it go away. Is that normal? I'v also been experiencing that in my early 20s.

any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

In view of Traditional Chinese Medicine, you are blood deficiency. That means your blood is not enough. You should eat appropriate protein such as chicken, egg, fish, etc. Protect your spleen. Don't eat too much at one meal. Don't eat cold or even iced drinks.
