I am really confused and I haven't went to the doctor yet--no healthcare plan--Anyways, I have had pain for over a year and it was after I had weend myself off of an anitdepressant. Pain started in my lower neck region, and now currently its all over my body. I can't sleep at night, when I do, I still feel tired all the time. I have been out of work since November 2008, and has caused my depression to set in again. I just letting you all know this because I have heard that these are syptoms of  Fibromyalgia. What do y'all think? Thanks, and please forgive my grammar!
