Miles For Hope (nonprofit 501c3)is an organization based out of Florida, for brain cancer research. They are just 2 people working out of their home. Robert Gibbs a survivor of brain tumor and receiving a cancer vaccine. He is one of the first people in the country to receive this treatment. He and his wife work together on a daily basis trying to get the word out.
They organized an event at the Dunedin Blue Jays game on April 10th. They are trying to organize the largest candlelight vigil in honor of this research. They are trying to break a Guinness Record for the most people for a candlelight vigil after a game. I urge you to look into this cause. They have been on their local news and radio and are two of the most compassionate people you could ever meet.
We would like to grow the organization and need your help. We believe strongly in this research. I know if others knew about it so would they. He is receiving his treatment out of UCLA. Robert flys from Florida to Californina to recive his treatments. Originally, it was every 2 weeks, now it is every 6 months. This organization has little overhead and contributes most of the money directly to the cause.
Together in Hope to find a cure for brain Tumors.
