I have been getting severe headaches for several months  that last for days on end.  I go to bed with them and wake up with them.  When I finally went to my family doctor who prescribed me an antibiotic avalox.   Meanwhile for pain I have been taking all of the above in OTC pain medicine; Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Excedrin, but nothing seems to work, not even short term.  I went for an MRI last Monday and the diagnosis is: Intrinsic Sinus Disease - with retention cyst formation seen at the base of both maxillary antrum and some hyperplasia of the inferior nasal turbinates along the right sided nasal septal.  My concern is the severity of the headaches.  My doctor prescribed another antibiotic, Factive.  Is this going to clear this up? What do I do?
