Please help! I am not able to sleep soundly through the night. I go to bed around 10 pm and can wake up anywhere from 1am to 3am. Now, I have always been a light sleeper, and have always gotten awake around 5:30am without the use of an alarm clock, but this is keeping me from feeling rested. IA AM EXHAUSTED EVERY DAY! I do go to the gym in the morning. PLEASE-ANY SUGGESTIONS, WITHOUT TAKING SLEEPING PILLS?? HOW ABOUT TYELNOL PM??
