Cody our son, 24 yrs old  was diagnosed ASD this last spring.  We always new that he didn't fit in any mold.  When he first entered  school his K teacher had mentioned to us that she thought that there is something not quite right.  We took him to a child specialist , she told us maybe depression, hyperactivity, or adhd.  Rx was ordered, to this day meds and Cody don't mix.  To make a long story short , Cody has exhibited the symptons of ASD all of his life and has struggled .  His best friend and protector , his father a teacher/coach passed unexpectally in 2004.  Soon after, Cody started having sudo type seizures, another wrench thrown in to his already struggling processing skills.   He so wants to fit in.  Employment has been a problem,  he experiences life  in black and white.  He is presently  in a once a week class with young adults with ASD"s,  he looks forward to it , he says wow! finally someone understands me.  My heartfelt dream..... is to find someone to help cody find  a way to understand the world through ASD eyes.    Thankyou
