Hi, could someone please recommend a good allergy doctor in the CT area?

My wife has allergies to numerous drugs (also air born allergies which she gets allergy shots for).  We are looking for someone who specializes in food or drug allergies.  She has both high cholesterol and low bone density and has tried several drugs to help control these problems and she has had allergic reactions to all of them.  Right now she is not on any drugs for these problems.  We've gone to a few allergy doctors, but none either seem to believe us or want to take the time to really get to the real problem.  There must be a common link.   Maybe it's an inactive ingredient or maybe it's just the build up in the liver.  Most of the things she is allergic to usually do not happen right away.  She will take a drug for awhile then develop symtoms.  Most of the cholesterol and bone density drugs have caused infamation in her body, resulting in swollen feet and hands, sinus problems, headaches, even vertigo.  Once she stops the drug, it clears in a day or two.  She is also allergic to more common drugs like sulfa drugs, penecillin but also IBprofen and aspirin.  Her latest allergic reaction has been with generic allegra.  It's a real mystery.  So, back to my original question.  Could you please recommend a good allergy doctor that is willing to take the time to get to the root of her problems.
