I have a completly blocked artery on the right side of my heart since 2000. I also have high blood pressure and am currently taking 3 drugs to control it - Diltiazem XT 240 mg., Isosorbide Mono tabs ER  60 mg, and Avapro 300 mg. I am also a diabetic = Type II. Is there one or 2 drugs that I can take instead of 3? It is partially under control. I get readings anywhere from 120/55 to 148/60.
