Ever since I was pregnant with now my four year old I have had a really bad stiatic nerve that shoots  through my lower back to my hips and eventually through my legs. The past year it has all gotten worse and I have chronic hip pain to where I can't even get sleep at night because of the pain. I still have the stiatic nerve as well and sometimes I really don't even want to move because it shoots down my leg to my foot. I am only 30 so I don't know what to do about it. I don't always have the stiatic nerve that shoots but my hips on both sides of my body are always throbbing sometimes worse than others but it is constant. I have not been to the doctor yet, we just moved so I have to wait for my husband to update our DEERS to be seen. I really don't know how to get rid of the pain, I have tried advil, tylenol, you name it I've tried the pain just is dulled a little bit. Any suggestions??? Thank you so much for your time!

Heather
