How can I get my daughter to seek help and take medicine?  She says she can't talk to anyone because it is too embarrassing.  She will not take medicine because of possible side effects.  She is depressed.  She has had a stressful year and had one too many stresses recently.  She feels as if she is a bad person.  She is very sad.  She has had a bad self image for forever and is probably a borderline anorexic,  She is in a very bad place emotionally right now and does not seem able to get out of it and will not seek help.  Is there anything I can do to help?  I am very worried about her.  She has wonderful children, a nice home, a job she likes, and a husband who is very worried about her.  She simply refuses to talk or listen about her depression.
