On FEB 6 2001  I had a lumbar fusion with a bone graft taken from my left hip at  L2-3-4. I also were treated for a tare at L5-S1.  My back don't appear normal looking to me. Just above the incision scar and going downwards to my hips. My back looks like it is pushing inwards. I have severe stomach pains along with abdominal pains. Severe numbness completely  across my back just above my hips. Severe pain and numbness in my thighs. The pain is more severe on my right side. On 2/01 08.. I had a new MRI on my spine at levels C-C7-T1.  @ T6-T9  and @ L2-S1. I would like to send this to you to take a look at. Is there a e mail address you can send me ?  I am prescribed pain meds, but not helping much. My pain is worse when I lay down at night. My Meds are Oxycodone 15mg 3 x daily but can take 30mg if needed ,Opana 5 mg 2x daily, Lyrica 50mg 3x daily, Zanaflex 4mg 3x daily, Ambien CR 2@ bedtime and Lorazapm 1mg every 4 hrs as needed.                                                                                                                                     T       The pain is so strong it feels like it is set deep in my bones.   And if you would send me an e mail address so I can send you this MRI report ?
