Is tPremarin cream safe to use,? My mother died of an estrogen fed breast cancer at age 67.  I have had a "histo" and pelvic  florr repair, and was told to use this for the rest of my life to keep the vaginal walls thick so the gore tex floor would not erode through.  I do not feel comfortable using this hormonal cream.  Is there any alternative?
