I have a few hoodies, but I really end up not liking the hoodie part. Just not into limited peripheral vision. Seems like a good idea on a cold day. Then I end up not using the hood.

Would guess it is not unusual for schools to ban hoodies (and all hats) as around here and for banks to require that hoods and baseball caps are removed before entering. 

 

Some banks do.  Not so different than saying shoes and shirts are required.
