Ingredients:

1. Green pepper 250g
2. Green onion (onion) 10g
3. Ginger 5g
4. Garlic 5g
5. Sugar 10g
6. Vinegar 15g
7. Soy sauce 10g
8. Salt 4g
9. Farina 5g
10. Sesame oil (if you don´t have, it can be skipped)
11. Cooking oil 20g

Directions:

1. Remove the seeds inside green peppers, cut them into small pieces
2. Pour the cooking oil into a wok and heat it, when it becomes hot add the green pepper and stir fry
3. When the green pepper's skin becomes white add the green onion (onion), ginger and garlic and keep stir frying
4. Add the vinegar and stir fry till the good smell coming out
5. Add the sugar, soy sauce and salt gradually during the stir fry
6. Add some water into the wok till it covers the bottom and braise
7. Solve the farina into some water
8. When the water in the wok is almost gone add the farina solution and stir
9. Add the sesame oil if you have, then the dish is ready
