Thanks to so many of you for the BD wishes. I too do not check in often enough. But wanted to say hello and thank old and new friends. And let you know I am still kickin.
Of course, we are cooking here in the south. Outdoors as well as in the kitchen. I must admit I do not make large meals so much any more. But can not pass a good looking recipe and adapt it or try to improve it as we foodies enjoy doing.
Kath, I still get raves for your peach custard pie and, as Denise says, for your rib recipe.and Brenda your Ganache cake is always a fantastic hit. Helene your coconut peach cake is the only one I have made for years now. Some times I use pineapple to replace the peaches. Gee, so many of you to thank for the great years of food and fun.
Hello and welcome to all the new cooking friends. Wish we could get back the old busy board. You would all so enjoy it.
