I don't agree with how the teacher handled the situation, but it's about time kids are receiving the proper discipline they need.  I am sick and tired of children running the parents instead of the parents being in charge.  In one sense I applaud what she did, kids need to have fear of their parents installed into them, and society today wants to coo and coddle them.  Just like the old saying goes, "I brought you into this world and I can take you back out".  KIDS NEED DISCIPLINE, however not by a teacher but a parent who obviously isn't doing her job correctly!

how would you feel if it was your child ?  if you have any ? im sure you would feel much differently about this matter , and sure the parents are at fault for not spending adequate time with their kids, but not up to the teacher to do it....she might have some mental issues that need to be attended to also.....or she has some anger in her , she needs some counseling or anger management classes.  i know i wouldnt be so forgiving to the teacher if it was my kids....i know everyone makes mistakes but thats one that is very big to me.....just hope she doesnt do it again to someones elses kids??  she might ....
