Thought I would check the board and guess what no one has been on here in over a month.  Looks like everyone has lost interest in sharing recipes or maybe in cooking.
This was such a nice site to find  and make new friends, and find new recipes and share them with others. So many of us are on face book now but that really isn't the place to put recipes. I'm sorry to see this site go.
I'll keep checking for a while to see if anyone pops in but if I don't see anyone in a couple of weeks I'll delete the site. 
I really miss Julie and our afternoon cocktail hour. Of course we haven't heard much from her in several  months, hope she is finding happiness in her life.
We've had friends from all over the country, not many states have been missed.
The West Coast to the East Coast and all in between.  We've shared marriages, divorces, births and deaths.  New homes and remodeling of old ones. The last 10 years or so have been so full of friendships. Hope they come back.

Hello Judy and Denise.   I too miss everyone.  But you know we can still do all this by sending group emails.   I have everyone's email addresses.   Also I have a friend that is going to set up a GMAFF facebook group list for us.   More about that when it is up.  Either way, there is no real reason for us all to become strangers again.

I had forgotten all about Pioneer Woman. I have found several interesting recipes there. I'll have to go see what I've been missing.

Judy, I have heard that a lot of the GMAFF are on Facebook, but I rarely hear from any of them.   I do not know that much about facebook, but when you post something on your wall doesn't it go to everyone on your list? 

 

I went to a facebook seminar to make a business page for the free community clinic I am helping with.  We set up a page for GMAFF before making one for the clinic.  Needless to say, we have not made the clinic's yet, as the leader of the siminar has not gotten the GMAFF set up like I thought it would be yet.  I maybe it cannot be.  Anyway, hello to all, facebook or not....  Helen
